Who's this for?
Outdoor activity instructors, climbing, paddlesport and mountain bike instructors looking for a NGB compliant 16 hour first aid course. Anyone gets involved with adventure sports or might find them self remote and away from immediate medical care.This first aid course is also open to anyone looking for further advance thier own first aid knowledge
Kit needed:
Just a note pad, pen and some lunch. All kit and refreshments are provided!
Itinerary:
Our start time and meeting point is 9:30am at our centre. Here we will brief you on the days activity and get to know eachother whilst having a brew and biscuit. Wear clothes that will be comfortable in all day and moving around in. We will aim to be finished by 4:30pm both days.
How to book:
To book its super simple, we have 'Open Courses' which run throughout the year on set dates. Just select which date works for you and book online below.
If these dates don't suit, then you can add a new 'Open Course' to be run on a date which suits you better! This will become a new 'Open Course' and will populate a new date on to our 'open course' list and others can join in.
If you'd rather have us all to yourself, select 'Book Privately' and we will run this course completely private and bespoke to you, on the date you request. We simply add a small 'private booking fee' (£15pp) and need a minimum of 6 people to book.
If you want us to come to you, have a suitable taining space and a team of people to train we are always happy to travel. Get in touch and we can make sure you have the right facilities and are selecting the right course for you.

We understand this is a very tricky time for everyone! If for any reason you can't make a course with us because of COVID then don't panic. We will guarantee you space on any future course! We have said to everyone we will honour any bookings made, which have been affected by the pandemic into the foreseeable future with no expiry date.

Your certificate will last for 3 years, if you sign up to our website you will be reminded when you are due for renewal.
No, we believe courses can be interactive and practical without having to go outside. The time saved can be spent on other activities an building your confidence as a first aider. We also find being warm, comfortable and having a kettle to hand are all great additions to the learning environment.
