Outdoor and adventurous activities often involve learning new skills in unfamiliar environments. As such these activities have an element of risk, which includes a danger of personal injury or death. Participants and/or their parents/guardians undertaking these activities should be aware of and accept these risks. The Peak Climbing School has done its upmost to assess and manage any risks involved however I (parent / guardian / the participant) understand that the activity being undertaken is strenuous and by its nature carries inherent and inevitable risks which, however small, cannot be fully eliminated. The Peak Climbing School reserves the right to cancel or modify any activity if it believes there to be unacceptable risk attached in offering such an activity to the public. The Peak Climbing School’s decision is at its sole discretion. I Have read, understood and accept the above participation statement, I am or over the age of 18 years and I understand the terms of the booking or I confirm I am the parent/guardian of the above named child and that I consent for him or her to take part in such activities and that I have read The Peak Climbing School’s terms and conditions.
