Kit needed:

Your own harness and rack is desirable however we can provide you with any kit you need. 2 prussiks, a guide plate and some slings are perfect if you have them!

Itinerary:

Our start time and meeting point is 9:30am at our centre. Here we will brief you on the days activity whilst having a free brew and biscuit. From here we will set off into the crag for an exciting days learning. We sometimes we use areas further away from our centre so you can get the most out of your course, therefore some transport is advantageous.  However if you are struggling for transport please let us know so we can arrange some for you. The day will end around 4:30pm.

How to book:

To book its super simple, we have 'Open Courses' which run regularly throughout the year on set dates. Just select which date works for you and book online below.

If these dates don't suit, then you can simply add a new 'Open Course' to be run on a date which suits you better! This will become a new 'Open Course' and will populate a new date on to our 'open course' list and others can join in.

If you'd rather have us all to yourself, select 'Book Privately' and we will run this course completely private and bespoke to you, on the date you request. We simply add a small 'private booking fee' (£40) and need a minimum of 2 people to book.

FAQ's

We understand this is a very tricky time for everyone! If for any reason you can't make a course with us because of COVID then don't panic. We will guarantee you space on any future course! We have said to everyone we will honour any bookings made, which have been affected by the pandemic into the foreseeable future with no expiry date.

We keep a very close eye on the weather at all times. If its just looking a little damp, overcast or showery the course will go ahead as normal and most of the time its never as bad as met office makes out! We are experts at finding dry and suitable areas to train you and our local knowledge is second to none. If however the weather is looking terrible for the duration of the course then you will be given the choice of re-booking onto another session later in the year and we will prioritise your booking over any new ones we receive.
